A Sharing Platform for Association and Population Analysis or SPAPA is a web-based analysis platform for
Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) and population structure analysis in various organisms. Series of SPAPA
−R (Rice) event is designed suitably for association study using rice genetic data. This easy-to-use
platform adopts the GAPIT (Lipka et al., 2012) software package for most of computational analysis for GWAS,
thus facilitating researchers to discover significant SNP markers associated with traits of interest. User
can save/export analyzed results or print a full report in just a few click.
